The modular construction of the C2P company comprises the symbiosis of the utilization of light steel (LSF) and rolled metal, forming a hybrid structure that breaks the barriers normally present in modular construction.This combination ensures the strength and durability of rolled steel, with the lightness and flexibility of the LSF, allowing structures to be more resistant and efficient than those found in traditional construction.The system developed by C2P is designed for building up to 5 floors high, ensuring efficiency and adaptability for a wide range of projects.

Structure
Ground slab

On the ground slab, an air box is guaranteed to improve ventilation and reduce moisture transmission to the floor. For this, a lightened ground slab structure was developed, combining concrete and steel to create a rigid base for each construction module. It is finalized using extruded polystyrene (XPS) board to ensure good thermal efficiency.

This insulation method offers significant advantages in terms of durability and energy efficiency, reflecting C2P's commitment to sustainable and high-quality construction.

Air Quality Management

We use VMC (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation). This system is essential for homes in humid areas, preventing the accumulation of humidity and strong odors. It improves air quality by removing pollutants and ensures the well-being and health of the residents.

The air renewal is carried out by evacuating the air that has lost its purity and by introducing fresh air, being a key component in maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment at home.

The exterior walls in C2P's modular constructions represent a significant innovation in the field of sustainable construction.

C2P has developed a natural ventilation system in the exterior walls, which allows for efficient thermal management without representing expenses for the customer. The high performance in a reduced wall thickness, combined with quick construction, high thermal insulation performance, high acoustic protection, low weight solution, maximum performance against exterior impacts and fire, being suitable for all types of constructions.

Quality

Facade system composed of a double structure and an intermediate plasterboard. An AQUAPANEL® board is screwed to the special outer structure and another laminated plasterboard to the interior one. Insulation is used in all created chambers.

The exterior walls in the C2P modular construction use an innovative system for lightweight outdoor facade, ideal for high energy efficiency buildings.
