Are there differences in finishes between a Modular home and a Traditional home?
The constructions carried out by C2P are a final product identical to that of a traditional construction. However, there is a difference in the entire approach to the construction process; traditional construction works with porous materials (brick, concrete, plasters, etc.), while C2P modular constructions work mostly with dry products (Metal, Plasters, Mineral Wool, etc.), allowing for greater constructive and sustainable efficiency.
However, all finishing materials (ceramics, decorative woods, painting) are the same ones used in traditional construction; the C2P team has just moved to the next level of construction preserving all the decorative aspects that our clients are accustomed to.
What is the reason for choosing a C2P modular construction?
C2P is the first company to perform construction of the 3 types of modular construction allowing the client to have “out of the box” creations with sustainable and highly efficient materials.
All our construction is simultaneously in the factory and on the construction site ensuring a quick construction process, and with constant monitoring.
C2P also stands out for the fact of performing a mixed structure construction that combines Light Steel with Laminated Steel (Industrial), which allows offering solutions that start from an external reading space to the construction of large hospitals and schools.
But beyond this, we consider ourselves a company that seeks modern and efficient solutions, with the goal of satisfying all requests.
